Psychological well-being is an essential aspect in supporting students’ learning success and personal development. Students with good psychological well-being tend to be able to cope with academic pressure, adapt to social environments, and develop positive attitudes toward themselves and others. However, in reality, many students experience stress, anxiety, and decreased learning motivation due to academic demands and personal problems. In this context, Guidance and Counseling (GC) teachers play a strategic role in helping students achieve psychological well-being through various services such as individual counseling, group counseling, and classroom guidance. This study aims to describe the role of GC teachers in improving students’ psychological well-being and to identify the forms of counseling services that support psychological well-being in schools. The findings show that GC teachers have preventive, curative, and developmental functions that contribute to enhancing students’ emotional, social, and academic well-being. Therefore, strengthening the role of GC teachers is an important step in creating a healthy, supportive, and psychologically balanced educational environment
